Proof

Be my next success story

I am taking on founding clients in Milton and online right now. That means real attention, real programming, and a front-row seat while your own before-and-after gets written.

Client results are coming soon. I would rather show you real ones than made-up ones.

02

Where most people start

“I do not want to feel weak in day to day activities.”

  • 01

Everyday things feel heavier than they should

Groceries, stairs, a suitcase, your own kids. You are not broken and you are not lazy. You have never been taught how to get strong on purpose.

  • 02

You have tried programs before and they did not fit your life

A plan written for somebody else does not know your schedule, your body, or your limitations. When it stops fitting, you stop showing up, and that gets blamed on you.

  • 03

You want to see the muscle you are working for

Not a number on a scale. Shoulders, a back, legs that look like they do something. That takes structure and time, and it takes someone watching your form while you build it.

03

The Practice

Training is a practice, not a product. I coach the person in front of me, build from where you are, and shape the work around your body, goals, and life.

Built for you

Strength, hypertrophy, conditioning, mobility, and functional movement, mixed to what you need right now.

Coached like a friend

Sessions should feel like working out with someone you like, not like being watched while you exercise. Understood and supported, still challenged.

Adjusted as you change

Your week changes, your body changes, the plan changes. Craft, not paperwork.

“I don’t believe in copy & paste workouts.”

04

How it works

I

We talk first

You tell me where you are, what hurts, what you have tried, and what you actually want. No sales pitch. Just a conversation about your life.

II

I build your practice

Strength, hypertrophy, conditioning, mobility, and functional movement, in the amounts you need. I love a good template for some things. Your program is not one of them.

III

We train together

In person or online. I coach form, load, and pacing, and I keep the session feeling like working out with a friend who will not let you cheat the last rep.

IV

We adjust as you change

Your body, goals, and life move. The program moves with them. That is the part a copy-and-paste plan can never do.

05

What changes

Strong enough for your life, and you can see it.

Strength you notice outside the gym

The suitcase, the stairs, the long day on your feet. Day-to-day life stops feeling like it is winning.

Visible muscle, built on purpose

Progressive overload, real rest, and enough consistency that the shape of your shoulders and legs starts to change.

Technique you keep for good

You learn how to train without beating yourself up, so you can walk into any gym and know exactly what you are doing.

06

Before you ask

I honestly do not know where to start.

Then you are exactly who I like coaching. Total beginners get my full attention on the basics: how to brace, how to hinge, how to push and pull without getting hurt. You do not need to arrive knowing anything.

I have tried programs before and quit.

Most programs quit on you first, because they were never built for your week. We build from where you are, work toward where you want to go, and adjust as your body, goals, and life change.

I cannot be in the gym every day.

Good, because I would not ask you to be. Strength is built with a handful of well-structured sessions and real recovery between them. Tell me the days you actually have and we build around those.

About Tory

Fitness was inculcated into my life as far back as I can remember.

My mom was a dancer and a gymnast. My dad was a track runner and cyclist who became a bodybuilder. He never took it easy on me or treated me differently than my brothers, and I loved that. CrossFit in my early twenties turned into powerlifting, then years training alongside an IFBB Pro mentor and old school weightlifters.

Then I was correcting my friends’ form, writing their workouts, keeping them from getting hurt — and they started asking me to train them. Read the whole story.
