Nutrition
Eat enough to buildwhat you are training for.
Most people I meet are not overeating. They are under-eating protein and then wondering why the work does not show. Put your numbers in and you will get an honest starting point — then we adjust it around your life, the same way we adjust your training.
Fill in your numbers above to see your daily targets.
Get In TouchQuestions I get
Do I have to eat this exactly?
No. These numbers are a starting point, the same way a template is a starting point. We watch what happens over two or three weeks, then adjust to your appetite, your training days, and your real life.
Why is protein so high if I just want to feel stronger?
Because protein is what lets the strength work actually show up as muscle. If you are training hard and eating too little of it, you get the soreness without the visible payoff.
Do I need to lose weight before I start lifting?
Not at all, and I would rather you did not wait. Lifting while you eat well is what keeps the muscle you are building. Waiting to be in shape before you train is the loop I help people out of.
